# 心宿二系列低能耗串联技术压缩空气干燥机 > 紧凑，节能，串联技术的干燥机用于工业压缩空气市场应用。可用于体积流量高达2040m³/h @ 7 bar g，露点在5°C - 70°之间。 所属技术：过滤技术 ## 系列介绍 派克海洛斯心宿二干燥机是压缩空气干燥机创新家族的新成员，采用串联技术，体积流量从150到2040m³/h @ 7 bar g / PDP -40°C。派克海洛斯的串联技术是标准的混合压缩空气干燥工艺的进一步提升。相比传统的混合压缩空气处理过程只是一个简单的制冷与吸附式干燥器的组合，串联技术更进了一步并充分整合两个经典的干燥原理在一个紧凑的压缩空气处理方案中。这种独特的组合使最终用户相比与传统的吸附式干燥机花费更低能耗得到高品质的压缩空气。 关键利益细节： - 相较于传统无热吸附式干燥器减少能源消耗高达60%。这使投资回报时间小于24个月。在部分负荷的情况下或当所需压力露点在0°C以上时会有更好的节能效果。 - 压力露点可自由调节在5°C和- 70°C之间，对干燥器没有任何物理变化，如改变孔口、喷嘴或干燥剂材料类型等以达到所需的露点。 - 心宿二系列压缩空气干燥器的空气入口温度高达65°C。 - 拥有成本很低，特别是由于减少了维护成本。相比标准的吸附式干燥机，心宿二系列压缩空气干燥器需要更少的干燥剂材料。此外，一些心宿二型号甚至不需要定期做容器监测，停机时间因此很低。 -
