Aquacon® ACO 第6版EI1583航空燃油监视器 去除从喷气燃油到航空汽油由外而内流动滤筒中的水分和污垢 特点 - 游离和乳化水的去除量小于5ppm - 去除小至1/2微米的颗粒 - 提供防止“弹状”水的保护 - 具有滤筒更换所需的压力增加信号 - 用于现有的过滤器壳体 描述 Aquacon® 过滤器滤筒具有独特的高容量内部吸收介质，可去除碳氢燃油中的所有游离和乳化水，直至流出液中的浓度低于5ppm。吸收的水分以化学方式被锁入该介质中。 滤筒的持水量达到饱和时，其手风琴式的褶皱会膨胀并导致压差增加，这可提示操作者更换滤筒。 固体污染物可通过滤筒的颗粒过滤器介质层去除。折叠的手风琴式设计可提供较大的表面积，从而更大化纳垢能力。所提供的型号可用于过滤小至1/2微米尺寸的颗粒，且其效率高达98%以上。 性能不受常见表面活性剂的影响。 紧凑型Aquacon滤筒的安装快速且简便。可用型号适用于大多数现有的标准壳体。 在流量小于额定流量的情况下，采用Form VEL1846中的滤芯更换建议。 技术信息 1. 操作温度可达：160°F（71.1°C） 2. 标称微米等级的效率为98%以上 3. Aquacon滤芯在燃油中含有水分或污垢时可明显降低流量。在必须维持燃油流量或可能发生喘振情况的应用中，应采取适当的预防措施。 4. 若压差超过25psid，则应更换滤筒。有关使用寿命的信息，请参考操作程序#1839或查询您公司的燃油处理程序。 5. ACO-61401P的典型持水量为700-800mL。 注： 建议喷气燃油和航空汽油使用1/2微米等级的Aquacon® 滤筒。流出燃油质量符合第6版EI1583的要求。 注意事项： 切勿使用含有防冻剂的预混燃油（FSII）
