危险蒸汽，气体和烟雾可在生产过程中的各个阶段释放。无论风险是否来自有害烟雾，颗粒或压缩空气系统的污染物，为用户提供有效的呼吸保护是必不可少的。 在压缩空气供给系统中，环境空气被吸入压缩机，因此，除非由净化系统去除，否则存在于环境空气中的任何污染物，以及压缩机本身所产生的污染物都在存在于系统中。 派克多明尼克汉德BAM呼吸空气净化器由六个净化阶段组成，安装在便携式支架上，提供可供多人使用的大流量呼吸空气。 在入口端、水分离器去除大量液态水，紧接着是一个高效凝聚式过滤器用来降低油和水的含量，然后活性炭过滤器去除油蒸汽和气味。净化的第四个阶段是一个吸附式干燥机，降低压缩空气中水蒸气的含量（到-40°C压力露点）并使 CO2的含量低于法定允许范围。在吸附式干燥机的下游，催化器将一氧化碳转化为二氧化碳，再次达到法定限度以下。最后的除尘过滤器捕获从吸附材料中携带出的任何微粒。 特征 • 6个净化阶段 • 标配一氧化碳监视器 • 将CO和CO2降低到法定允许限度以下 • 空气质量通过独立第三方认证，优于欧洲药典标准 • 标配能源管理系统 • 模块化，节省空间的设计 • 可使用任何类型的压缩机供应的压缩空气 请注意此产品目前仅适用于欧洲。 如需更多信息或者特定产品更细节的交流，请联系派克或者派克的授权经销商。
