# CLEANDiesel 聚结器

## 系列介绍

当燃料从炼油厂运输到其使用点时，它很快就会被二氧化硅，管道垢和水冷凝物污染。这些污染物迅速降低了燃料清洁度，远远低于发动机制造商的燃料清洁度低值。 派克 Velcon的DI聚结器与DSO分离器，受污染的燃料相结合，可以清洁到符合石油基柴油燃料严格的下游燃料清洁标准的水平。 DI聚结器的第一阶段通过内向外流动去除颗粒，并将乳化水聚结成大液滴，然后落入壳体槽中。在第二阶段，即从外到内的过程中，DSO分离器产生疏水屏障以阻止聚结的水滴在壳体的下游流动。这种多级设计确保燃料处于干净和干燥状态，随时可用。 分层评级 - 派克 Velcon的4微米聚结器将先进的颗粒去除技术与世界一流的聚结技术相结合，提供更好的燃料清洁度 - 10和25微米额定过滤器聚结器通过业界公认的聚结技术提供有效的颗粒去除。 优点 - 延长设备的正常运行时间 - 降低运营成本 - 可靠的喷油器性能 - 改善设备正常运行时间 - 减少燃油系统维护 产品规格 - 所有过滤器组件均与石油基柴油燃料兼容 - 下游自由水位通常低于50 ppm - 建议更换压力：25 psid（1.7 bar） - Buna-N密封材料标准 - 工作温度可达：150°F（65°C） - 外径6英寸（15.2厘米） - DI - 聚结器流动方向 - 从内到外 - DSO - 分离器流向 - 从外到内 表面活性剂 - 在含有高含量表面活性剂/醇或未精制生物燃料的燃料存在下，水聚结无效 - 洗涤剂和添加剂通过减少界面张力（IFT）来抑制聚结器有效去除水的能力，最终可以解除聚结剂的作用 - 联系Velcon实验室，进一步分析您的燃料是否存在表面活性剂
