## 系列介绍

当燃油从精炼厂运输至其使用点时，即使再小心谨慎，也可能会引入污染物。常见的污染物，包括管垢、二氧化硅、金属碎屑和水，都可能导致燃油清洁度快速下降，从而使其远远超出发动机生产商对燃油清洁度的低要求。 VelconAquacon庐柴油（AD）过滤器可去除燃油中的颗粒和水污染物，以符合严格的下游ISO4406和ASTMD975清洁度标准对柴油或生物柴油燃油的严格限度。AD设计包含多层高效长期颗粒滞留和吸水介质。 分层评级 -2、4或6微米等级的AD过滤器是用于输送燃油的理想解决方案，既适用于分配燃油，同时又可确保使用符合ISO4406和ASTMD975清洁度水平。逐步增加的每个AD过滤器等级可提供额外的颗粒去除效率和减小ISO4406颗粒数 -10、25和40微米等级的过滤器是整个燃油运送过程中管理进出终端储存罐的燃油污染物的更好方案 优点 -通过减少可能导致级联损害的颗粒，实现更可靠的喷油器性能 -降低由于受颗粒和水污染物破坏造成的设备维修所产生的操作成本 -减少由于少数受污染物破坏的部件造成的发动机维修 -提高由于少数抑制颗粒和水污染物造成的燃油消耗的效率 -去除燃油中的自由水污染物 吸水性与聚水性 AD过滤器主要用于去除柴油或生物柴油中的水分和颗粒。AD过滤器适用于生物柴油和混合燃油，其中高水平表面活性剂（甘油）可能会破坏水的凝聚。需要连续去除石油基燃油中的水分时，凝聚技术的应用为更为理想的选择。
