# EDB双塔鼓风再生吸附式干燥机

> 派克EcoDry鼓风加热吸附式干燥机采用吸附原理吸附压缩空气中的水分。饱和的压缩空气在干燥剂床上流动，可使压缩空气的压力露点降至-40°C(-70°C可选)。

## 系列介绍

派克EcoDry EDB系列外部加热鼓风干燥机使用吸附的方式，将水蒸汽从压缩空气中移除。当饱和的压缩空气通过干燥床后，在额定工作压力下可以达到-40°C甚至-70°C的露点温度。 EDB系列外部加热鼓风干燥机分为微气耗和零气耗两种。微气耗产品使用环境空气与一小部分干燥的压缩空气来影响再生过程。零气耗则使用环境空气来影响再生过程。加热过的低压空气吹过干燥剂时，能够将干燥时吸收的水汽吸收，然后再排放至大气。 产品特点  适用于各个行业与各种应用  露点稳定，两塔切换时无露点偏移  气耗低 – 平均气耗2%，甚至是无排放  能耗低， 总拥有成本低于无热或微热干燥机  稳定性强，维护简单  可检测，保存及传输各项运行数据 产品优势  鼓风机流量调节  控制气用过滤器  低能耗，低功率密度，长寿命加热器  独立气控箱  湿度变送器  室内用隔热保护  塔体排水口  加热终止的节电功能 （早期再生阶段）  压力均衡  不锈钢扩散器  待机模式  钢结构底座  高性能蝶阀  无热备用模式  RS485连接（Modbus协议）  IoT物联网连接\* \*可选设备
