# PCN 移动静电除尘器

## 系列介绍

PCN移动电静电沉淀过滤单元是一种移动的自给自足源捕集提取系统，设计用于间歇性使用，额定风量可达1000 CFM。该设备可有效去除空气中的焊接烟雾、油烟或轻雾。污染物通过装置上安装的8英寸直径、7英尺、10英尺或12英尺长的提取臂、柔性软管或刚性管道进行捕集，并可选配8英寸进气口。空气随后被输送到沉淀器进行收集，净化后的空气再循环回工作区域。当空气接近沉淀器时，会经过一个可重复使用的铝网机械预过滤器，帮助空气分布并去除大颗粒。预过滤后的空气接着通过离子发生器，颗粒通过一系列小直径带电钨丝的电晕放电进行电荷处理。随后，颗粒通过一个收集单元，该单元由交替带电和接地的平行铝板组成。与带电颗粒同极性的带电板会排斥颗粒，使其朝向接地板移动，而接地板则吸引这些颗粒。接下来，空气通过离心风机垂直排出，并通过可调出风口回流到工作空间。集成的电源包将115伏单相交流电转换为离子发生器和收集单元所需的高压直流电。
