## 系列介绍

PEACH® DynaCeptor™ NGGC和PZC系列气体聚结滤芯能有效去除天然气中的小型气溶胶和液滴。这些滤芯由派克工程介质片（PEM）制成，用于过滤。不同旦尼尔的纤维被称重、混合并热粘合，压缩形成不同的介质片。然后在PEACH技术过程中使用多个不同的PEM介质片来制造独特的、先进的深层聚结滤芯。 饱和深层聚结™ PEACH气体聚结滤芯基于被称为深层饱和聚结的原理工作。这允许液滴在介质深度内的孔隙中收集和饱和，然后生长到其大尺寸。当液滴达到一定大小时，它们将随重力排出。这些液滴通常也会带走固体污染颗粒，从而在深层介质内产生“自清洁”效果。这一原理，与使用经处理的紧密结构玻璃纤维介质来筛选/阻止小型气溶胶液滴，然后快速脱落的折叠聚结滤芯工作方式大不相同。三种主要性能配方（PL-01、PL-20和PL-23）为客户提供了根据服务中液体捕获需求的重要性提供完整的效率范围。 PEACH DynaCeptor® NGGC和PZC可用于PECO 77V系列Spartan PuraSep®容器和89系列小流量容器。NGGC系列适用于使用三脚架抬升管的77V容器，PZC系列适用于使用Z型抬升管的77V容器。 行业 • 石油与天然气 特点/优势 • 去除0.1和0.3微米及更大液滴 • 从传统的折叠玻璃纤维结构滤芯升级设计 • PEACH®技术 • 从内向外的流动降低了气体速度，并增加了液滴的停留时间、生长和稳定性，从而有效去除液滴 • PL-01性能等级适用于正常至重负荷工况 • PL-20性能等级用于抛光过滤和保护关键设备如燃气轮机 • PL-23性能等级用于超高效液体去除需求 应用 • 城市门站 • 压缩机和涡轮机吸气 • 接触塔（进气和顶部） • 天然气存储交接 • 气体分配 • 气体储存 • 气体传输 • 气体处理与脱水 • 垃圾填埋场气 • 测量和调节站 • 工厂入口气体
