# 22,500 PSI 扩口式卡套接头 - FCC系列

> 派克抯扩口式卡套接头 (FCC)，承压高达22,500 PSI (1,550 bar)，适用于连接尺寸从1/4英寸到1英寸的弯头，三通接头，四通接头和螺纹转换接头。

## 系列介绍

派克独有的锥形扩口连接 (FCC) 技术结合了卡套式连接的简便安装和锥面及螺纹连接的高强度。它使用一个卡套和一个扩口管端来构成完整的金属-金属的密封连接，该密封连接在中压段的应用中承压可高达 22,500 PSI (1,550 bar) 。这样的结构设计集合了防喷和防振的效果，而不需要另外安装抗振压盖。 FCC系列扩口式卡套接头适用于1/4", 3/8", 9/16", 3/4" 和1" 的连接尺寸。包括： • 压盖，堵头和卡套部件 ( 所有带FCC接口的阀门都具备以上配置 ) • 弯头，三通管接头和四通管接头 • 直通接头和穿板接头 FCC 接头由标准 316不锈钢通过冷加工工艺制得，还有2507特级不锈钢可选。 • 316标准件承压可达 22,500 psi (2507 SD)，操作温度范围从-73°C 到316°C • 2507 不锈钢特级件承压可22,500 PSI (1,550 bar) ，操作温度范围从-45 到 316˚C。 FCC卡套由718 铬镍铁合金制造，压紧螺母具有二硫化钼防咬死涂层。
