# 快插式连接（插入即连接）的复合材料接头

> 复合材料快插连接接头提供了一种将管件与接头连接的简单方法。Prestolok复合材料接头不需要使用衬套和拧紧螺母，从而减少装配时间。

作为世界快插技术的佼佼者，派克的Prestolok PLP 复合材料接头为管子和接头的连接提供了一种简单的方式，从而形成管路系统分配网络。Prestolok 复合材料接头无需像压缩接头一样使用衬套和锁紧螺纹，因此可以减少安装时间。可简单地将管子插入到接头底部进行连接。拆卸时，按下释放按钮，按住接头主体并将管子从接头拉出。使用D形密封圈能够使管子动态或者静态连接时均能提供有效的密封。在管路连接时，D形密封圈产生变形，降低插入力，而不损害密封性能。使用螺纹密封胶可应用于各种外螺纹，能够规避使用PTFE密封带可能带来系统污染。Prestolok PLP复合材料接头全部组件均不含硅。Prestolok PLP接头都经过泄漏测试（全检）和并带有日期追溯码，以实现质量的可追溯性。可与以下Parker Parflex Division管配合使用： • 聚酯管 • 尼龙管 • 半钢性尼龙管 • 邵氏A硬度95的聚氨酯管 • 聚氟管 市场： • 气动 • 工业 • 机器人 • 自动化 • 印刷 • 包装 • 纺织 • 半导体 特点与优势： • 本体玻璃纤维增强尼龙66 • 不锈钢卡爪 • 符合ISO 14743 • 使用D形密封圈能够使管子动态或者静态连接时均能提供有效的密封。 • 生产过程进行全检的泄漏测试 • 日期编码以实现质量的可追溯性 • 耐腐蚀和耐化学介质 • 全流量 • 预涂螺纹密封胶 • 英制和公制尺寸，1/8英寸 - 1/2英寸, 4mm - 16mm • 重量轻 • NPT, UNF, BSPT, BSPP & 公制螺纹 • 可与半刚性尼龙管，邵氏硬度A95的聚氨酯管，尼龙管，含氟聚合物管配合使用 • 不含硅 • 可定向，便于组装 应用： • 空气管路 • 惰性气体 • 切削液 • 真空 有关其他信息，请联系派克低压流体连接件部门（269）692-6555或fscsales@parker.com。
