派克滚珠轴承旋转管接头用于固定点与转动、摆动及移动的机器零部件之间的软管连接, 以免于软管产生扭曲和过小的弯曲半径。 滚珠轴承旋转管接头适用的流体介质为矿物油基液压油和润滑油。 实际使用验证了的该产品系列的结构具有紧凑和免维修的特点。该滚珠轴承旋转管接头带有一个持续润滑的滚珠与滑动相结合的轴承, 和起动扭矩小、抗磨损的圆柱环形密封件。 适销市场: • 化工 • 设备工程 • 电站 • 电缆储存 应用领域: • 适用于通用液压传动系统。 滚珠轴承旋转管接头的特点/优点: • 派克滚珠轴承旋转管接头有助于减少软管的扭曲, 从而改善产品的寿命周期 • 派克滚珠轴承管接头表面采用无六阶铬镀锌处理, 具有良好的抗腐蚀性能 (平均 500 小时不产生白色锈蚀), 这样的表面处理更新了元件及整个液压系统的工作寿命。 • 滚珠轴承管接头结构是免维修的, 因而会降低系统的维修成本。 技术规范: 材料: 碳钢接头体及轴套, 圆柱环形密封件: POM (聚甲醛工程塑料)/FKM (氟橡胶), Eolastic 密封件: NBR (丁腈橡胶), 也可提供 FKM (氟橡胶) 材料。 表面处理: 无六阶铬镀锌 工作温度: -40 °C 直到 +95 °C 结构系列: 单旋转轴有 8 种类型, 可应要求提供多旋转轴接头。管接头形式按 DIN 2353, S 系列。工作压力可高达 350 bar (峰值压力) 外螺纹拧入端采用 NBR (丁腈橡胶) Eolastic 密封 拧入端螺纹为公制直螺纹或 BSPP (直管) 螺纹。
