> 滑动轴承旋转管接头用于慢速转动、摆动或移动的机器零部件的连接, 工作压力达 40 bar (L 系列) 或 100 bar (S 系列)。

## 系列介绍

滑动轴承旋转管接头用于慢速转动、摆动或机器移动零部件的连接, 工作压力达 40 bar (L 系列) 或 100 bar (S 系列)。 流体介质: 矿物油基液压油及润滑油, 也可适用 HETG 及 HEES 液压液, 对腐蚀性和 HFC 液压液或气体不适用。 技术规格: 材料: 碳钢接头体及轴套, NBR (丁腈橡胶) 密封件, 可应要求提供 FKM (氟橡胶) 密封件。滑动轴承旋转管接头无不锈钢或黄铜材料可供。 表面处理: 无六阶铬镀锌 类型系列: L 系列, 管子外径 6 至 35 mm, 工作压力 (PN): 40 bar S 系列, 管子外径 6 至 38 mm, 工作压力 (PN): 100 bar 管道连接形式按 DIN 2353, ISO 8434-1。拧入端外螺纹为公制或 BSP (直管螺纹) 螺纹, 拧入端密封采用 Eolastic-密封件。 标称温度: 对 NBR (丁腈橡胶) 密封件: -35°C up to +100°C 对 FKM (氟橡胶) 密封件: -25°C up to +120°C 适销市场: • 化工 • 设备工程 • 电站 • 电缆储存 应用领域: • 固定点与转动、摆动或移动的机器零部件之间的软管连接, 有效降低软管产生扭曲和过小的弯曲半径。 滑动轴承旋转管接头的特点/优点: • 派克滑动轴承旋转管接头有助于不使软管扭曲, 从而改善产品的寿命周期。
