# 单卡套和双卡套管接头前后卡套组

> 用于外径1/8至1英寸和6 MM至12 MM的派克管接头的卡套组。

## 系列介绍

卡套是卡套接头中关键的组件，其经过精密设计，且需要大量的设计、冶金和生产的专业知识以实现产品的正确使用。并非市场上产品都能符合这些严格要求。卡套在装配过程中应实施精密的弹性和塑性形变，从而合理地夹紧并密封钢管。它的前边缘应比管材坚硬，因此才能通过嵌入钢管来夹紧和密封，但如果整个卡套过硬，则可能无法实现合适的形变。因此，只有卡套的前边缘被硬化，而其余部分则具有不同的，进行严格控制的机械性能。硬化过程不能减低不锈钢的耐腐蚀性。此外，生产过程应始终如一地生产出具有严格公差并保持冶金规格的无缺陷卡套。 行业： • 化工 • 运输 • 动力 • 石油和天然气 • 研究实验室 特点/优势： • 包含十个单独的卡套组 • 可以每次只用一个卡套组 应用： • 仪表连接系统 • 分析装置 • 海上控制面板 • 传感线路
