# 双卡套管接头的前后卡套 - A-LOK系列

## 系列介绍

卡套是卡套接头中关键的组件，其经过精密设计，且需要大量的设计、冶金和生产的专业知识以实现产品的正常使用。并非市场上产品都能符合这些严格要求。卡套在装配过程中应实施精密的弹性和塑性形变，从而合理地夹紧并密封管材。它的前边缘应比管材坚硬，因此才能嵌入钢管来实现夹紧和密封，但如果整个卡套过硬，则可能无法实现合适的形变。因此，只有卡套的前边缘被硬化，而其余部分则具有不同的，进行严格控制的机械性能。硬化过程不得降低不锈钢的耐腐蚀性。此外，生产过程应始终如一地生产出具有严格公差并保持冶金规格的无缺陷卡套。 行业： • 化工 • 运输 • 动力 • 石油和天然气 • 研究实验室 特点/优势： • 包含十个单独的卡套组 • 可以每次只用一个卡套组 应用： • 仪表连接系统 • 分析装置 • 海上控制面板 • 传感线路
