## 系列介绍

派克Polyflex 2390N系列软管，为油气行业应用而设计，由于其安全且稳定、多样化功能且效率高效，因此能很好符合现场复杂的要求和市场的期望。通过轮毂上的摇柄装置能显著缩短软管盘绕和替换时间，且易于操作。很长的连续长度允许该软管在深水里作业，并且持久耐用，这无形之中大大延长了严苛工作环境下软管的服务寿命。 市场: • 油气 • 船舶 特性/优点: • 压力作用下尺寸变化率低 • 芯管光滑，压力损失小 • 符合或超过ISO 13628-5标准规定的性能要求 应用: • 软管体积变化率低 • 连续长度长，适合于深海集束应用 • V12-V16几种可选，适合于深海液压控制系统 • 由于连续长度长，该软管适合于BOP系统中的热油输送 • V91:工作压力可达44.5 MPa (6450 psi) • V12-V16: 工作压力可达49 MPa (7105 psi) 技术参数: • 芯管:甲醇冲洗过的PA11 (V91)和尼龙(V12-V16) • 压力增强层:高强度钢丝 • 外胶层:PA12 (V91) 和聚氨酯(V12-V16) • 颜色:黑色(V91), 蓝色(V12), 绿色(V13), 黄色(V16) • 工作温度范围:-40°C到+100°C, 对于水基或甲醇基介质其工作温度不超过+70°C。
