E-Z Form HT 系列产品，是一款高温石油基液压油吸油/回油应用软管，为在高温温度环境的IV级发动机应用场合抗破裂和退化而设计开发。考虑到该软管全流量、无扭结的特性，E-Z Form产品能在主动应用场合中有效地替代管路总成中成形软管和软管/折弯硬管组合 — 以减少管路的特殊设计、工具、预制成本和由此而造成的长生产周期，同时也规避了订购样机的必要和过多的起订量的烦恼。因此它就显著减少了成本高昂且按单生产的预成型软管和硬管预制，大大减少了管路安装时间，以实现快速的交付而且还不需要准备大量的库存。 市场 • 工程机械 • 交通运输 • 工业 • 市政设施 特性/优点 • 其优异的柔韧性使得管路布置采取非常直截了当的方式进行，大大减少过渡接头/或特殊接头的设计和引入 • 可提供软管连续长度的特性进一步减少管路的泄漏和后期的质保问题 • 设计安全系数 4:1 保障操作者和设备的安全 • 25 英尺的固定包装长度，当然也可以根据客户的实际需要尺寸进行包装 • 根据样本信息，这是一款尺寸增量小、尺寸规格多的软管产品，以尽量多地快速赢取生意 应用 • 非SAE标准动力转向，额定工作压力为 10 bar • 低压回油管路 • 真空 • 路面 & 非路面车辆
