# SCFF系列带平齐端面阀的螺纹耦合锁紧式快换接头

> 派克平齐端面螺纹连接快换（SCFF）设计用于要求苛刻的应用。重型螺纹连接型的快换具有一流的流量和爆破压力，同时连接无溢流 - 保护环境。

## 系列介绍

重型螺杆连接型快换适用于严苛工况的应用，平齐端面阀芯可实现无溢流连接，以保护环境。一流的流量和爆破压力，并集成了旋转功能。采用双启动ACME螺纹可更快速地进行连接，并可根据要求在阳接头中配备背压释放器。工作压力：3/8英寸，高达550 bar。1/2英寸，高达500 bar，3/4英寸，高达500 bar，1英寸，高达420 bar 工作温度：-30°C至+100°C （NBR），具体视介质而定。可根据要求提供其他材质密封件。市场/应用：行走及工程机械：起重机、钻机、挖掘机 派克SCFF快换接头的特点/优势：• 良好的抗振性和耐机械应力性能 • 连接和断开过程中无流体损失 • 高效、安全 • 快速、简便的连接• 锁定系统可防止意外断开 • 可通过被压释放器在额定工作压力下进行连接
