# 24系列自排气安全型快换接头

> 优质的安全型快换接头带自排气功能，公称通径为 5.5 mm，可用于压力可达 12 bar的气动应用。该快换接头符合 ISO 6150 B 标准结构，可提供黄铜/碳钢材料。

## 系列介绍

派克优质的安全型快换接头 24 系列带自排气功能，是一款安全稳定的接头，符合 ISO 6150 B 标准结构。其自排气功能一般在快换断开时起作用，可免于断开瞬间受压软管危险甩动的风险。当第一次往回拉母头套筒时，快换公头松脱，但是整个接头依然保持锁紧状态；母头阀芯闭合，同时空气从受压管路释放出来。此时，再次往回拉母头套筒，快换才会安全地断开连接。该系统符合 ISO 4414，一个对工作现场安全要求非常高的标准。塑料的套筒不会损伤工作表面。 可在23 系列里面找到与带自排放功能的 24系列阴接头对应的阳接头头。 市场： - 加工机械 - 汽车工业 特征/优势： - 安全型快换，带自排放装置，符合ISO6150B标准结构 - 由于自排放功能，不会发生断开瞬间受压软管危险甩动的情况 应用： - 气动工具 - 气动空气管路系统 - 装配管路
