> 派克的 CPI™ 系列单卡套接头在过程仪表控制系统中能够提供有效的密封，良好的抗震、抗热循环性能。多种材质可选。

## 系列介绍

派克的CPI™ 单卡套接头为加工过程、电力和仪器仪表应用等行业提供无泄漏密封连接。单卡套结构使管接头组装十分方便，并且具有卓越的抗震性能。搒单卡套弹性变形为接头本体和紧固螺帽之间提供一个恒定张力。 CPI™ 管接头由316 不锈钢制备而成，其他材料还包括：其他耐腐蚀合金包括 6Mo 和合金 C-276（又称哈氏合金 C ® )。直通接头用冷加工工艺制造，而其他形状接头通过细晶粒锻造工艺制得。 该管接头适用于不同规格的管道，英制管外径从1/16” 到 2”，公制管外径从2mm 到 25mm。尺寸均按照行业高质量标准来控制。 市场： • 化工 • 石化 • 电力 • 核能 • 油气 • 制浆造纸 特征和优势： • 单卡套提供简易安装 • 紧固螺母经二硫化钼涂层处理，提供低安装扭矩 • 派克的Suparcase™ 表面处理硬化工艺使卡套具有卓越的抗腐蚀性能 • 硬化处理的卡套具有优异的性能 应用： • 仪表风管线 • 伴热管线 • 过程控制管线
