# 空压感测接头-英制

> 空压感测接头可检测到气缸行程至末端的背压压降。当气缸的排气腔的压降低于背压阈值压力时，他们会发出气动信号。

派克空压感测接头可以在气缸行进至末端，缸内背压即将消失时做动，输出气压或者电压信号，以作为其他控制之用。空压感测接头结构紧凑，可以安装在气缸上，控制阀或者气缸与流量控制阀中间的阀块上。当然为了更加精确控制，我们建议将空压感测接头安装在离气缸尽可能近的地方。它也可以作为传感器接头，直接安装在气缸上。 市场： • 工厂/汽车自动化 • 包装 • 气动 • 半导体 特征/优势： • 无需调整，可替代位移传感器 • 气路安装 • 2种安装方式： - 提供长期压力(P1)：当达到背压阈值时，输出气压信号 - 背压来自对面的控制阀-气缸回路：由于输出压力讯号由(P1)决定，因此在行程过程中不会出现意外的气压信号(S)输出 • 本体材料：工程塑料 • 气动版有两种形式，带气压输出讯号及带电压输出讯号 • 无开关次数限制 • 安装在流量控制阀上，无需安装其他的接头，即可提供额外的控制作用 应用： • 连续的阀的信号 • 先导阀
