派克的CO系列单向阀控制临界流体和气体的单向流动，压力可达6,000 PSI (414 BAR)，适用于高完整性，防漏系统。这种直通单向阀适用于需要高完整泄漏性和反复密封的仪器仪表应用领域。 市场： • 微电子 • 科研院所 • 化工 • 制药 特点/优势： • 以 CO4L系列带氟橡胶密封为例，一体化阀座密封测试压力: 4 x 10-9标准大气压流量: atm-cc/sec (4 x 10-10 kPa – L/sec)。其余尺寸和密封材料测试压力: 1 x 10-5标准大气压 流量: tm-cc/sec (1 x 10-6 kPa – L/sec)。 • 特殊的阀座密封设计保障了可反复使用的高完整性密封和开启压力。 • 生产环节中每个产品都经过测试。开启压力: • 1/3, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 以及 100 psi. • 连接方式可选: NPT 外螺纹和内螺纹, CPI™, A-LOK®, UltraSeal,外螺纹和内螺纹 VacuSeal，和仪表转接头接口。 • 热代码具有可追溯性 • 带有显示密封材料的彩色标签。 应用： • 加注系统 • 防回流装置
