派克的 Conflow 5042系列应用于地表以下，是一个高效的本安型水流量控制开关装置。 已注册为本安型 (IS) 井下环境防爆使用，该先导阀可用于高达100 bar的压力。它由两部分组成：阀门（沾湿部分）和电磁阀。 该阀是先导式截止阀，它只需要一个小的力即可打开。电磁阀有一部分是电磁线圈（驱动线圈），通电时，会导致一个温和的铁芯在线圈内轴向移动。这种运动产生的力超过了在沾湿部分操作先导阀所需的力。 尺寸 1/2 , 3/4 , 1 和 2”这些版本可选和其流量控制可达180 GPM。 该设备由12V直流电源供电，设计成一种适合井下使用的本安型低能量电源。 市场： • 采石厂 • 采矿业 特点/优势： • 快速关闭时间可有效控制用水量。 • 安全-由12V直流电源供电-使用低压装置进行井下操作。 应用： • 控制皮带喷雾。 • 矿山切割头上的粉尘抑制。 • 控制冷却水到主干传送带驱动器。
