## 系列介绍

VA01\_23&24系列非常适用于快速取放、小型气缸高速动作、洁净吹扫以及微电子、生命科学等领域的洁净介质切换应用。 -真空和正压在一个阀中可同时共用（VA01\_24）。 -基于可靠的双阀芯结构，使用寿命长（5亿次 切换寿命：VA01\_24）。 -快速响应时间/稳定操作（3ms：VA01HPSC24）。平衡阀芯和直动式电磁线圈使其能够快速且稳定地响应。 -低功耗（1W：VA01\_23）。-紧凑（宽度10毫米）、轻巧且流量大（0.05Cv）。 -很低的粉尘产生（无油）。双阀芯结构， 无摩擦部件无油润滑，实现了非常洁净的空气吹扫。此外，直动式的电磁阀没有主阀和先导空气排放，阀不会污染外部环境。 -电磁线圈带锁定功能，通过永久磁体保持切换位置，非常适合在断电情况下保持真空的应用。
