## 系列介绍

VA05系列非常适合快速取放、小尺寸气缸高速动作、洁净气体吹扫和洁净介质切换应用，适用于微电子、生命科学等领域。 特点 • 紧凑大流量 紧凑型阀（阀体宽度15mm）能够实现大流量操作（C值0.7dm3/(s·bar)。 • 快速响应时间/稳定操作 平衡式提升阀芯和直动式电磁线圈结构使其能够实现快速且稳定的响应时间。单电控阀：开启5.5ms/关闭3ms。（在KURODA Pneumatics的测试条件下。） • 标准化无油且很少粒子。洁净！！ 双提升阀芯结构，没有摩擦部件且不使用润滑油，实现了非常洁净的气体吹扫。 此外，直动式的电磁阀没有主阀和先导气体排放，阀不会污染外部环境。 • 可用于真空和正压。 平衡式阀芯结构使得一个阀可以同时用于真空和正压（–100kPa~0.8MPa）。
