派克的 Autoclave SW系列针型阀是设计为高流量应用，带有不旋转阀杆的针型阀，工作压力为15000 psi（1034 bar）。派克Autoclave高压钢管尺寸范围从1 / 8“到1 / 2”可选。钢管连接采用派克Autoclave Speed Bite单卡套设计，操作温度0°F 到650°F（17.8°C 到343°C）。316不锈钢阀体结构，其他材质选项可选。除了这些阀门的许多特性外，这些阀门还可以在应用场合提供稳定和无故障的服务。 市场： • 石油和天然气 • 石化 • 化学 特征: • SW系列阀门设计提供了更高的流量能力 • 钢管尺寸从1/8英寸到1/2英寸。 • 上下运动的阀杆设计/棒料本体设计。 • 非旋转的阀杆大幅降低阀杆与阀座之间的磨损。 • 金属对金属阀座实现气密性关闭，延长的阀杆/阀座在磨料流体中的寿命，更大的耐久性，可重复开/关循环和优良的耐腐蚀性。 • 聚四氟乙烯封装提供稳定的阀杆和阀体密封。 • 选择阀杆套筒和填料压盖材料，以延长螺纹循环寿命和降低手柄扭矩。 • 锥形阀头或调节型阀头选项可选。 • 有五种阀体流道类型。 应用： • 中压橇块，或面板设计 • 化学注射模块 • 中压流体处理系统 • 试验台
