## 系列介绍

PR-1 系列是1/4 PTFE聚四氟乙烯前减压阀，用于超高纯(UHP），DI去离子水，和腐蚀性气体和液体处理系统，包括那些用于半导体制造和洁净区域操作的应用。它的非卸荷设计需要通过阀门存在10 psi的压差,因此提供了流体处理系统中稳定的压力控制，压力上限为120 psig. PR-1使用带有精密加工的阀座和膜片密封区域的机加工PFA阀体，实现了出色的泄露完整性和耐化学性。大型膜片允许更灵敏的上游变化，不受下游压力聚增造成的影响。它的不锈钢弹簧降低了腐蚀环境的影响，以适应与广泛多样的腐蚀性工艺介质兼容. 为增加灵活性, PR-1系列可配备多种端口配置，包括FNPT和Parflare管接头。Parflare接头减少装配时间和安装成本，同时提供了洁净至关重要的应用中无泄漏密封的稳定性.
