# 快速排气阀 - 0R 系列

> 0R快速排气阀， 气缸快速排气，加快气缸的速度。 隔膜材料可选聚氨酯，丁晴橡胶和氟橡胶和 PTFE聚四氟乙烯聚四氟乙烯以满足各种工作温度和压力的情况。

## 系列介绍

当放置在控制阀和执行器之间时，0R快速排气阀可以快速排出控制空气。当气缸能够快速排出压力时，气缸行程速度会降低。 0R快速排气阀比许多四通方向控制阀具有更大的排气能力，因此可以通过更小且更便宜的控制阀来实现提高的气缸速度。隔膜材料有聚氨酯，丁腈橡胶，碳氟化合物和聚四氟乙烯两种，可满足各种温度和压力操作条件。 0R快速排气阀也可用作梭阀，可从两个独立的输入确定单个气动输出。如果同时对两个端口施加压力，阀门将选择压力较高的端口。 •功能：快速排气阀或梭阀 •安装类型：内联 •端口连接：母对母 •端口尺寸（英寸）：1 / 8,1 / 4,3 / 8,1 / 2,3 / 4 •端口类型：NPT，BSPP •流量（Cv）：2.7至10.0 •流量（SCFM）：150至550 •压力范围（psig）：3至150,50至200 PTFE •压力范围（bar）：PTFE为0至10.3,3.4至13.8 •温度范围（C）：-18°至82°氨基甲酸乙酯和丁腈橡胶，-18°至204°氟碳化合物，-18°至260°PTFE •温度范围（F）：0°至180°聚氨酯和丁腈橡胶，0°至400°氟碳化合物，0°至500°聚四氟乙烯 •扩展温度版本：是 •隔膜最小偏移：最小3，最大50个未决隔膜材料 •媒体：空气 •润滑：无 •主体材料：压铸铝 •密封材料：聚氨酯，丁腈橡胶，氟碳化合物或聚四氟乙烯
