CoolTherm® MG-120 导热凝胶是一种单组分有机硅界面材料，具有润滑脂的低热阻特性，同时具有凝胶的完整性。 CoolTherm MG-120凝胶旨在提供倒装芯片微处理器、PPGA、BGA、MICROBGA、DSP芯片、图形加速器芯片和其他高瓦数电子元件的高效传热。 该凝胶的配方可抑制在许多热界面材料中常见的渗漏、分离和泵出。 特点和优点： • 高导热性 – 为需要卓越散热的应用提供高导热性。 • 低热阻 – 由于粘度低和润湿性好，热阻最小。 • 高可靠性 – 提供出色的耐湿气和耐温度循环能力; 抗泵出和开裂。 • 可返工性 – 高温下的低模量允许修复材料。 保质期/储存： 在 -30°C 下储存在原始未开封的容器中时，保质期为六个月。 注射器必须保持在 -30°C 的垂直（直立）位置，分配头朝下。请勿将注射器侧放（水平）。材料在-40°C时结晶; 避免将材料储存在 -40°C 或以下。 这种材料是冷冻运输和储存的。请参阅解冻的处理说明。
