CoolTherm® SC-3500 导热、低挥发性有机硅填隙剂是一种双组分系统，旨在为电子应用提供出色的导热性，同时保留与有机硅相关的理想性能。 特点和优点： • 低挥发性 – 低挥发性含量可最大限度地减少释气。 • 低应力 – 在固化时对部件表现出低收缩和应力。 • 耐用 – 由加成固化聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物组成，在密闭空间加热时不会解聚。 • 耐环境 – 提供出色的抗热震性。 • UL 等级 – 提供出色的阻燃性; UL 94 V-0 认证。 保质期/储存： CoolTherm SC-3500 树脂的保质期为 9 个月，CoolTherm SC-3500 硬化剂的保质期为 5 个月，在收到后储存在原始未开封的容器中，温度为 5-30°C。 墨盒应朝下存放。 CoolTherm SC-3500 填隙剂可产生微量的氢气。请勿将材料重新包装或储存在未通风的容器中。 工作区域充分通风，防止气体积聚。
