CoolTherm® SC-6754 润滑脂是一种单组分有机硅材料，用于通过置换配合表面之间的气隙在半导体和散热器之间提供热路径。 它还用作半导体和散热器之间的非固化、抗冲击密封剂。 特点和优点： • 高可靠性 – 提供出色的耐水和耐温度循环能力; 提供冲击和振动保护。 • 宽温度范围 – 可用于连续工作温度为 -55°C 至 +205°C 的部件和设备。 • 电绝缘 – 提供高介电强度和优异的电绝缘性能，确保高效的热传递。 保质期/储存： 在 25°C 下储存在未开封的原始容器中时，保质期为一年。
