## 系列介绍

泥浆泵阀座用于陆上和海上石油和天然气钻井作业，以及用于陆基水力压裂作业的泵。在这些类型的泵浦设备中所使用的阀门的频率非常高——高达1赫兹(每秒1次循环)——并且容易产生高磨损和磁滞引起的退化。派克的优质级阀座使得我们的Resilon®聚氨酯具有高弹性模量，成功承受高频率操作并抵制磁滞。 在典型的聚氨酯阀门可能持续400小时工作的情况下，我们已证明的阀门阀座设计与Resilon聚氨酯保持了800小时（比400小时更长)——通过更长的寿命大大提高了钻井效率。更长的阀门阀座寿命意味着可以延长维修间隔，并且在需要服务之前可以完成生产作业。 可用性 流体端阀阀座可作为交钥匙解决方案提供——完整的阀体和阀座——或定制的快速组件。 材料 我们材料提供包括专有Resilon®聚氨酯配方，选择满足他们的高性能物理性能，提供耐热性,耐磨性,耐化学性,以及由于材料疲劳(磁滞)的耐降解。配方包括: • Resilon聚氨酯4300,高温连续(230°F),高压配方 • Resilon聚氨酯4301，防水配方。 • Resilon聚氨酯4312，高硬度(60 Shore D)配方，用于改善磨损和抗挤压。 • Resilon聚氨酯4350, 更高的温度承受配方(250°F连续)与纳米技术 应用 石油和天然气钻探作业的陆上和海上泥浆泵。 压裂泵(frack泵)用于陆上压裂作业。
