# (W WPC WPR)系列 一般工况的单唇防尘圈，适用于旋转密封或者低速往复运动

> 派克的单唇防尘圈在旋转和往复运动中排出重度泥尘。易于安装的铁壳和包敷橡胶的外圈设计可以适应旋转轴表面速度达到10.2m/s, 往复运动速度达到1.5m／s。

## 系列介绍

派克的防尘圈和刮油环结构是装载金属壳中同时有橡胶包敷金属外圈，适合于中速旋转及低速往复运动。单个无弹簧弹性唇口可以留存小部分的液体并刮除厚重的尘土和其他污物。 结构特点包括： • 浅孔设计(W) • 易于压紧安装（W WPR) • 包敷橡胶的金属壳有效的改善了外圈的密封性能 （WPC WPR) 标准设计： W结构：无弹簧合成橡胶单刮油环唇口。用ParKote孔用密封剂 或者直接安装于外径外表面的金属壳。 WPC结构：单防尘结构，弹性唇口用于在低速旋转和往复运动的工况。橡胶覆盖金属的外壳更好的加强了外径与孔间密封效果。 WPR结构：无弹簧合成橡胶单刮油环唇口。橡胶覆盖金属的外壳更好的加强了外径与孔间密封效果。 标准唇口材料： 丁腈橡胶 ：温度 -20F/+250F 氟橡胶：温度-40F/+400F 轴表面速度： 旋转：达到2000 fpm (10.2m/s) 往复：达到300fpm (1.5m/s) 尺寸范围： 0.375到10.00英寸（10.0到254毫米） 最大轴动态跳动（TIR):0.010”英寸 (0.254毫米) 最大轴偏差（STBM)：0.008”英寸 (0.20毫米) 最大压力：0psi 典型应用： 低的油脂存留和污物的排出用于缓速和低往复应用。
