# 派克端盖静密封Ultrathan®, HS系列

> 派克Ultrathan®, HS系列端盖静密封适合径向密封。用于高压油缸缸头静密封和高压阀门静密封。

## 系列介绍

派克已经开发了HS型（哑铃型）密封，高压应用中可以用来替代O形圈加挡圈的传统静密封。有着强壮的几何对称的结构，采用聚氨酯材料，使其不仅简化了安装工序，更加强了密封效果，尤其是在有脉冲压力的时候。因此，HS密封的寿命显著延长。HS密封具有相连贯的两个密封区域（密封唇），与传统O形圈比，有着双重密封，更不易产生泄露。此外，两个密封区域，或者说两个密封唇，共同支撑整个密封件，使密封件不发生扭曲，尤其是在安装时或运动中有脉冲压力的时候。例如有呼吸效应的组件或者同心度有缺陷的沟槽。使用耐挤出的材料，尤其是如果选用派克邵氏A94度的 P6000 材料，将根本不需要挡圈。 • 强壮的密封结构可适应严苛的工况。 • 对峰值压力不敏感。 • 高耐挤出性。 • 选择合适的材料，可或者卓越的耐介质性。 • 选择合适的材料可适应化工行业的应用。 • 选择合适的材料可适合食品加工行业的应用。 • 可安装在封闭或开放式沟槽。 • 可车削加工非标尺寸，交货期较短。 应用范围 聚氨酯HS型Ultrathan® 密封适合用于高压力下的径向、静态密封应用，液压阀、油缸、机床、注塑机等。 派克HS型密封有如下材料可以选择： P6000 P5204 P5009 P5001 P5205 P5000
