# DG 型，高性能弹性聚氨酯 D 型圈 > 高性能、解决问题 Resilon® 聚氨酯 D 型圈用于液压和气动应用。 所属技术：密封技术 ## 系列介绍 能力: 为了选择材料和尺寸，这里只是把派克的一个型号作为样品在配置中介绍。如果你需要的材料和尺寸没有展示出来，型号辅助查询系统可能在产品维护表中找到。检查当前的工具,检查零件号码查找文档。如有典型范围以外的需求请联系派克。 特性优点 派克的DG型聚氨酯D形圈是以各种各样的设计优势成为一个问题解决者。这种高性能聚氨酯解决方案有着整体设计延长密封寿命。塑造“D”形,两端低中间高,提供密封于关键领域,同时减少密封在安装过程中被削损的机会。其密封唇口接触痕迹最小化,从而减少大量的密封和孔之间的摩擦,同时提供预期的密封性能。“D”的形状是对称的所以没有性能下降，由于阀周期的方向是反复得，所以反向安装的密封也没有关系。设计还包含了“压力基座”来消除潜在的“漏气”,常见于往复循环。 装配是很容易的。不用担心O形圈和挡圈的位置不正确而被挤压,折叠,或在安装期间破裂。整体设计以及聚氨酯耐磨性和强度的增加而不需要挡圈。 DG型零件编号对应标准AS568 O形圈使用单个挡圈时的O形圈槽宽度的尺寸和公差。 派克的专有Resilon聚氨酯的能力: • 长寿命减少保修成本 • 抗挤出 • 低压缩变形 • 抗水解 （Resilon® 4301 -
