# P 型中空的挤出密封

## 系列介绍

空心P型密封提供较低的静态密封力，提供给设计师提供了无限的密封方案选择空间。此外,它提供地硬度和高硬度的不同材料的密封力。因此,空心P型密封可以减少螺栓的加载力和配对法兰的压力。压缩力可以很容易地通过调整密封件壁厚来控制，而不要降低材料的硬度。 空心P型密封是模压密封的经济替代型产品，可以挤出成型并制成非常大尺寸的P型环，而同类模压密封通常过于昂贵。尺寸也可以轻松地定制而不需要模具成本，给了工程师更多的设计灵活性。 中空密封在以下一个或者多个应用情况中被典型使用: • 装配后存在沟槽间隙 • 沟槽比较深 • 径向有干涉需要调整辅助装配 • 需要低的密封力 • 密封截面接触区域没有最大化填充
