派克的定扭矩人行巷道垫片的设计将改善系统性能,简化装配过程并降低系统的总成本。受制于模压硫化不锈钢的压缩限制，定扭矩人行巷道垫片有许多特制的化合物可选，来符合大多数化学和环境方面的要求。包括派克的氟橡胶，通常在原油运输应用中被推荐，高效和坚固耐用的设计使得定扭矩人行巷道垫片具有卓越的价值和安全性。没有其他垫片具有同样的表现，同样的寿命或者能给整个系统带来空间和成本上的节约。 派克的定扭矩人行巷道垫片具有以下优点： • 排除95% 的引起非事故性排放(NARs)的因素: • 不锈钢压缩力控制: o 可以使用冲击扳手 o 无需再用扭矩扳工具，从而可以节省劳动时间，减少伤害的发生率，更少时间的暴露在外 o 不需要过大的扭力，可有效减少潜在的垫片破裂的发生，故而减少罐车保养和维修成本 o 不会掉落到槽罐车里。 • 按几何学设计的密封: o 寿命长（30多家客户测试验证） o 容易更换/不会有残留物而需要刮擦/ 不损伤管口 运输原油时,派克建议选用其特制的氟橡胶VW450 -65 (蓝色)材料。氟橡胶具有良好的耐化学性，适合石油燃料、合成液压液、芳香烃和许多有机溶剂。除了它的耐化学性，氟橡胶还具有良好的抗氧和臭氧性，这种侵蚀尤其法能发生在货物运输过程中。 • 何时选择其他的氟橡胶材料： o 当胺或胺供体存在时,那么可选择VB486 - 65(绿色)或VG490 - 70(红色)氟橡胶材料。 o 当有甲醇存在的时候,那么可选用VG490 - 70(红色)氟橡胶材料。 o 当有甲苯存或硫酸存在时,可选用VB486 - 65(绿色)或VG490 - 70(红色)氟橡胶材料。 • 当运输原油时，派克推荐使用304不锈钢。304不锈钢提供良好的耐蚀性以及所需的机械性能，遵循螺栓制造商对螺栓扭矩的推荐，使得螺栓在运输过程中保持特定的预紧力。 • 何时选择316不锈钢材料: o 当有额外抗腐蚀需求的时候。 请参考我们的材料选择表- www.Parker.com/Literature/Seal Group/Manway\_Chart.pdf
