派克的定扭矩人行巷道垫片的设计将改善系统性能,简化装配过程并降低系统的总成本。受制于模压硫化不锈钢的压缩限制，定扭矩人行巷道垫片有许多特制的化合物可选，来符合大多数化学和环境方面的要求。高效和坚固耐用的设计使定扭矩人行巷道垫片具有杰出的价值和安全性。没有其他垫片具有同样的表现，同样的寿命或者能给整个系统带来空间和成本上的节约。 派克的定扭矩人行巷道垫片具有以下优点： • 减少95% 的引起非事故性排放(NARs)的因素: • 不锈钢压缩力控制: • 可以使用冲击扳手 • 无需再用扭矩扳工具 – 从而可以节省劳动时间，减少伤害的发生率，更少时间的暴露在外 • 不需要过大的扭力，以防潜在的垫片破裂的发生，故而减少罐车保养和维修成本 • 不会掉落到槽罐车里，也就无需把垫片捞出 • 按几何学设计的密封: • 寿命长(30多家客户测试验证) • 容易更换/不会有残留物而需要刮擦/不损伤管口 当需要运送醇类物质时，派克推荐使用特殊的三元乙丙橡胶材料EB263-60.非极性的三元乙丙聚合物能抵御极性的乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮等。除了优异的耐化学，三元乙丙橡胶还具有出众的耐臭氧侵蚀性能和低温工作能力。 当存在碳氢类油脂的时候，需要选择氟橡胶： • 当体系中是非碳氢类油脂时，可以选择三元乙丙橡胶 • 如果槽罐车曾经运输过非极性物质，比如甲苯、硝酸或者氯代物 • 当运输乙醇时，派克建议使用304不锈钢Parker's304不锈钢不但具有防腐蚀性，同时还提供一定机械强度，使得螺栓在运输过程中仍然保持一定的扭力 • 如果需要增强防腐蚀性，建议使用316不锈钢。 更多选择，请参考派克的手册 http://www.Parker.com/Literature/SealGroup/Manway\_Chart.pdf
