派克的Resilon® 568型聚氨酯o型环提供了Resilon聚氨酯在标准o形圈尺寸下的材料优势。高抗挤压Resilon聚氨酯材料的家族不需要许多液压应用中的挡圈,从而简化安装并且减少了槽的宽度。 Resilon无与伦比的温度适应等级使它适合应用在其他聚氨酯失败地方。此外,Resilon 4301聚氨酯提供优越的耐水和在水基液体中耐压缩永久变形能力。优质聚氨酯o型圈相比于橡胶o形圈不太容易在安装时出现螺旋失败和伤害。 用于静态和动态液压和气动应用时,派克Resilon 568型O型圈的尺寸和公差匹配AS568B规格直径和横截面,使用相同的凹槽。 派克的专有Resilon聚氨酯O型圈所具有的能力: • 长寿命 • 抗挤出 • 低压缩变形 • 抗水解 标准材料: • P4300A90 Resilon 聚氨酯; 温度－65/275F; 压力5000 psi (10000 psi 静止) • P4301A90 Resilon 聚氨酯; 温度－35/275F (225F,在水中)， 压力 5000 psi (10000 psi 静止) 典型应用: • 液压和气动缸及设备元件的动静态密封: 蓄能器，传动装置，泵和阀。
