# 派克 RS 系列旋转组合密封

> 用于旋转分配器的旋转组合密封。动密封面在内测。双向作用。适应于高压应用。 ISO 7425。

## 系列介绍

RS 型组合密封由一个热稳定性高的塑性滑环和一个作为施力弹性体的橡胶矩形圈组成。派克 (#EP 0 643 243 B2) 内表面滑环有着特殊的几何形状, 对提高表面润滑有着非常有利的影响, 对减小摩擦阻力和磨损有着积极的影响。膨胀环同时负责静态密封功能, 是一种矩形截面。与 O 形圈相比, 这种矩形圈在接触 (密封) 应力变形特性方面都有优势。推荐用于内测动态密封, 而不推荐用于外侧动密封。滑动密封环的材料及其几何形状允许其在较大许可压力下 (或在冲击压力下), 无需额外使用抗挤出环。同时, 还可以增大转子和定子之间的径向间隙而不会影响密封更能。原则上, RS 密封也可以用作外端的外部密封。然而, 在存在疑虑的时候, 我们推荐使用派克的 C5 或 C9。 • 在常压的条件下有较高的密封性能。 • 坚固的密封结构适合严苛的密封工况。 • 耐磨性强。 • 得益于优质的材料使用, 使其寿命很长。 • 对峰值压力不敏感。 • 由于密封介质存储在滑环密封表面, 提高了润滑。 • 更高的耐挤出能力。 • 适合安装于封闭和开放式沟槽。 应用范围 主要应用于交替变化的旋转密封, 如旋转履带的心轴, 驱动枢轴, 软管卷绕轮, 以及液压机床行业。
