描述 固美丽导热脂提供了一个大范围的性能，覆盖从简单到严格热需求。这些材料都是筛过的，模版的或布撒的和需要在典型的安装压力下几乎没有压变力去定型。在很低的界面阻力下有着出色的表面湿润性。 • T650 是一种用于典型应用的通用脂。 特性/优点 • 硅基材料在一个热元件与一个散热器或隔断之间传递热量 • 填充电子元件安装和散热器应用中公差多变的结合面 • 可布撒，不需要固化流程，混料或冷藏的高柔顺材料。 • 热稳定并需要在典型的安装压力下几乎没有压变力去定型。 • 支持高电力应用，需要材料有较小的粘接层厚度和高导电性 • 应用于翻新和局部修理
