派克固美丽全固化可散布凝胶减少了手工安装的时间，降低安装成本同时减少客户制造和采购 (物流) 的复杂程度。这些产品不需要混合和固化，提供了设计的多变性。 • 在窄和宽的沟槽中都提供了低热阻抗，可以用一般的散热器 • 在严苛的温度循环和冲击及震动中证明了稳定性 • 在非常低压力下轻易地弯曲，减少了元器件的压力这样也就减少了元器件错误。 典型应用 • 汽车电子控制单元 • 电源和半导体 • 存储和电源模块 • 微处理器/图形处理器 • 平板显示器和消费电子产品 特性/优点 • 易于散布 • 全固化/不用抽出 • 大容量热导性能 • 低热阻抗 • 超低的压缩力 • 高黏度表面和可重复利用 • 证明长时间的稳定性
