Chemlok® 236X Adhesive

Chemlok® 236X adhesive is a covercoat adhesive that bonds a variety of uncured elastomers to primed metal parts. Chemlok 236X adhesive is recommended for use over Chemlok 205 primer.

Chemlok® 238 (NW) Adhesive

Chemlok® 238 (NW) adhesive is a covercoat adhesive used to bond a variety of non-polar elastomers to themselves or to Chemlok 205 primed metals and other rigid substrates. It bonds compounds based on butyl and EPDM, as well as other rubber compounds.

Chemlok® 259 adhesive is a covercoat adhesive that bonds uncured rubber to metal substrates during the vulcanization of the elastomer. It is recommended for use over Chemlok 207 primer.

Chemlok® 286 Tacky Tie Cement

Chemlok® 286 tacky tie cement is designed for use over rubber-to-metal adhesives when bonding natural rubber to metal in lining operations. It is suitable for cure by autoclave, open steam or chemical techniques.

Chemlok® 320/310-B Black Epoxy Adhesive

Chemlok® 320/310-B Black adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive system used to bond cured rubber treated with Chemlok 7701 surface treatment. This adhesive system also bonds metals and plastics, both thermosets and thermoplastics.

Chemlok® 402X-HS Adhesive

Chemlok® 402X-HS adhesive is a solvent-based, single-coat adhesive specifically formulated to bond textiles to various unvulcanized elastomers. It is an all-xylene variant of Chemlok 402 adhesive.
