Filling Assembly, PureTain®

Parker’s PureTain ® filling assemblies ensure an aseptic product transfer and filling process from the bulk tank to the filling needle.

A central component of the solutions are molded distributor manifolds made of silicone or TPE, as well as molded tubing connections. The overmolding technology supports dosing accuracy and zero leakage. The technology can use various tubing materials and types and can be adapted to system-specific pump configurations. Furthermore, molded ports can be integrated for isolators and as container interfaces. Optional needle guards protect the filling needles during transport, installation, and handling up to the point of use. They can be customized to fit the specific needles of the filling machines. Color coding of the individual filling lines simplifies installation and supports identification and assignment of each filling line.

PureTain ® Filling Assemblies can be combined with PureTain ® Beta Bags and Isolator Transfer Sets.
